level nine meeting

I only know of two other members in the state of oklahoma i am about 200 miles from them have talked to them and sugested that we try to hold conference calls but they told me there is no way to get on the ballot in our state because you have to have so many mames on petitions to even get them to talk abo0ut this they told of another party who get the signatures and was refused to accept this think they said party had litigation in process to get accepted so how do we make meetings possiblefor us cannot afford to make these trips for meetings in state of Oklahoma
